“Honouring the potential and healing qualities of the Water element, we want to welcome water’s teaching and wisdom, and embody the cleansing, free-flowing power of water. With the water we bring the feminine receptivity, nourishment, calmness, darkness, softness, introspection. Our May Queen will receive a gift in the form of water that carries the community’s healing intentions and blessings. Honouring and connecting with our ancestors like a stream of water pushing us forward from behind, our ancestors walk behind us. On Beltane night, we are offering our bodies as channel for our ancestors to talk through us, be seen, acknowledged, heard and healed.”
