Not all group meetings happen outside (or in the pub). Contact Point met at Susan’s house for an afternoon (and evening…time flies!) of tea, cake and costume-making.
We had our concept and symbolism in place very early and started gathering materials and making prototypes before the Open Meeting. Sharing the facilities, equipment and skills we have within our group means that we all learn from each other, have pretty much all the resources we need and have fun making our costumes in plenty of time. We don’t plan to be glue-gunning anything together on the day 😉
