We’ve had a great response for performance groups, the shape of Samhuinn 2025 is certainly coming together. However, we are lacking 3 critical groups for Samhuinn to go ahead in the form we’re familiar with: Tech, Stewards, and Torchies. 

If you have experience in these groups, even if minimal, please do consider coming forward. We’d love to talk to you and address any concerns or support you might need. 

The deadline for getting back to us is As Soon As Possible but ideally before Friday so that we can set everything up and you can attend the GO Weekend on the 16th and 17th of August. 

If we do not have these 3 groups, we will very likely have to reduce the scope of the festival.

The details will need to be worked out, but we might have lower group & audience numbers, no staging or fire sculptures etc. And we may have to ask groups to put out fences and light sources themselves!
