As a charity, Beltane Fire Society (BFS) has to have a range of policies and guidance on all sorts of things. We’ve gathered together those that apply to you as a BFS volunteer or member here. Please read them and contact us if you have any questions.
Your role as a volunteer…
- The Beltane Fire Society Volunteer Handbook which includes our Code of Conduct and makes reference to the Volunteering Policy.
As a volunteer you will need to read and agree to the following documents (relevant to your voluntary role). Your Group Organiser will conduct a health and safety briefing in one of your first closed sessions and you will be asked to complete and submit a google form which demonstrates your understanding and adherence to the relevant volunteer agreements and health and safety agreement. All volunteers must complete the form in order to continue participation, and after doing so will be put forward for membership of the organization.
