Cat, one of the Group Organisers of Beltane 2016’s Aerie, shot a bit of video at the group’s recent rehearsal. For those not in the know, ABCs are a movement exercise designed to engage the whole body. You don’t have to play in the dark or film it in slow motion, but it all adds to the fun!
