Dillon MacEwan—fire arch builder, puppet creator and coordinator of Earth Point in the mid-1990s—shared some fabulous newspaper articles from 1996. Here are two blasts from our shared past to enjoy. 1996 was the year that Beltane Fire Festival’s attendance made a huge leap to around 10,000 from around 3,000 the previous year and around 300 the year before that.
