HOW DOES IT WORK?
Join us on our website, Facebook and Youtube on the 30th of April to celebrate the coming of Summer and the awakening of our May Queen and Green Man.
We’ll be hosting an array of content on our website in the lead up to the night, including a podcast about Beltane’s history and tales, an interactive “memory map”, storytelling, meditations and a photo exhibition of our outdoor ‘Artwalks’ art project.
Then on Beltane eve, join us on our digital channels to watch the premiere of our evening presentation. A collection of video pieces created by our volunteers, inspired by the Beltane folklore.

WHEN IS IT?
BOnFire begins on Friday 30th April at 7.30PM.
You’re free to enjoy all the content we publish with us in real-time, or you can dip in to say a quick hello. Everything that we produce will be archived on our website, so you can also catch up on everything we create after the festival.
Exhibition content will be added to the website in the weeks leading up to the 30th and fully available on the day.

CELEBRATE AT HOME
We’ve posted on our website some ideas of how to celebrate and mark the celebration at home in your own way. As restrictions ease, we’d love for you to think about ways you can (safely) take time for yourself this Beltane to reconnect with the natural world around you and the changing of the seasons.

IS IT TICKETED?
You do not need a ticket to access the stream, though we are accepting donations in the form of a “pay what you can” ticket on Citizen Ticket. Our recommend ticket is £5.50 (including Citizen Ticket booking fee), but you’re free to pay what you can.

Like many, we have been hit financially by the coronavirus pandemic, and deeply appreciate any donations that can help our festival survive into next year. We are a charity and almost all the funds that keep our community going come from ticket sales.
You can read more about what tickets to our festivals pay for in this blog post.

FAKE DONATIONS / EVENTS
Please do not trust any website that says you need to give your credit card details before accessing the stream. All content will be available for free on our social media, the Citizen Ticket link is for you to make a donation, separate to you watching the stream online.
