Accessibility
If you have any member-specific accessibility-related queries, please send them accessibility@beltane.org and the relevant person will get back to you as soon as possible. For clarity, this inbox is intended for use by members only who might need support in being able to take part in the festival as GOs or group members. There is another email for ticket holder access queries: access@beltane.org.
Accessibility is a priority for us, and we have a team of Trustees, Blues, and Community Organisers who manage this inbox. We strive to make reasonable accommodations wherever we can.
Safeguarding reporting of concerns
If you have a safeguarding concern to report, please complete this form. We are also happy to receive emails directly at safeguarding@beltane.org.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you may use this form. Please note that this greatly limits the safeguarding team in their ability to investigate the concern.
The Safeguarding Team is currently comprised of:

- Jenny Bloom, Chair
- Steffie Sutherland, Trustee
- C’tri, Trustee
- Mailis Marty, former Trustee and current Community Organiser
